1.Sleep early to get adequate sleep

When you sleep early, you will have no problem getting up early. The early you sleep the more hours of rest you get, thus making it easier to be up early.

2.Modify your alarm to make you get out of bed

Make sure that your alarm is way far from your bed so that you are forced to get out of bed and turn it off. This act will ensure that you are out of bed hence preventing you from going back to sleep.

3.Once you are up proceed and take a bath

If you are up and you still feel that you can easily go back to sleep then proceed to the bathroom. Once you take a bath, you are able to increase body alertness and rid yourself of any residual sleep.

4.Try and talk your brain into getting up early and adhere

The brain is among the major body parts that play a significant role in our day to day activities. Being able to talk your brain into getting up early helps the body to follow suit.

5.Quit hitting the snooze button

The awful alarm ringing would definitely makes you want to switch it off. However, when you do not hit the snooze button you would definitely wake up so that you can finally turn it off.
